ABOUT WATERMARK
Watermark on Moso is an Island retreat. It best-suits independently-minded travellers and families with an adventurous spirit. A genuine place for genuine people, remote from the hustle and bustle so you can live life your way for a while, in comfort, with unique opportunities to experience the people and culture of Vanuatu along the way.
Convenient to Port Vila and major mainland tourist attractions, yet far enough away to feel like you are on your own deserted island. The mainland is only a few minutes away by boat across the harbour, and boats are easily arranged. Local buses tour the road to Vila constantly, and for odder hours or private tours, we can help arrange a bus exclusively for you.
More information about Vanuatu, Moso Island and Watermark can be seen on our website at www. mosoisland.com.
ABOUT 'THE FAREA
''The Farea' is the first home to be built at Watermark. An off grid, water's edge studio-style home overlooking an intimate little sandy nook.
Well appointed to sleep up to four, this 50sqm property boats 180 degree water views, private steps into the harbour, spacious deck, queen sized bed and quality double sofa-bed, gas kitchen, endless hot water, twice-filtered tank water, polished concrete flors and bench tops, hardwood features, blockout curtains, oversized DC ceiling fan, hammock, sun lounges, outdoor fireplace, hooded BBQ (doubles as a very effective oven) and outdoor BBQ table, snorkelling gear and a kayak for each guest.
Watermark is primarily built to self cater. There is a first class resort called The Moso only five minutes (walk or paddle) away for those that want to take a break from cooking, and the mama's in the village are happy to deliver yummy, local meals for very reasonable prices.
The people of Moso love their island. We hope you'll love it too...and that your memories of this place will last a lifetime.

Most of our guests will enter Vanuatu at Bauerfield International Airport. We will arrange pick up from the airport unless you prefer to make your own way.
The airport is about 10minutes from downtown Vila and about 40minutes from Moso landing.
Getting from the airport to Moso is usually done in a 'local bus' to take you over to North Efate. The bus will stop at a supermarket on the way so you can buy supplies before the 40 minute scenic trip through villages, up and down steep hills, and past scenic views of Havannah Harbour.
Hire cars are also available at the airport, and parking is available at Moso landing. There is a small fee for parking, and your car will be well looked after by Kenneth, the owner of the land that forms Moso landing.
Taxis and helicopters are also available for the cross-island trip. The helicopter will drop you directly into Moso, just 5 minutes away from Watermark.
Moso landing has a floating jetty and this is where we will meet you for boat transfers. The private jetty at Watermark on Moso is a casual 10 minutes away...try to catch dinner on the way!
